Sika MonoTop -412 Res is a 1-component, fibre-reinforced, low shrinkage, rapid structural repair mortar that meets the requirements of class R4. APPLICATIONS :

  • Suitable for concrete repair work
  • Repair of spalling and deterioration of concrete in buildings, bridges, infrastructure and superstructures.
  • Suitable for conservation or restoration of passivation.
  • Augmenting the coating with additional mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete.
