APPLICATIONS :

  • Machine benches.
  • Filling by pouring under support and distribution plates.
  • Bridge supports and cranes.
  • Anchoring of metal elements (framework, bolts, etc.), metal and concrete columns, columns in prefabricated buildings, etc.
  • Filling of cracks and cavities confined within concrete masses.

It is suitable for thicknesses between 3 cm and 8 cm. For lower thicknesses, use Sika® Grout-213.

Chemical base: Single-component cement-based mortar.

Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.

Storage conditions: In original, well-closed and undamaged packaging, in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Density: ~ 2.3 kg/l fresh mix.

Maximum particle size: D max: 8mm

Mixing ratio:12 – 15% by weight of mortar3.6 – 4.5 l per 30 kg bag

Layer thickness :

30 mm minimum. / Max. 80mm

Supporting temperature :

+5°C min. / +35°C max.

Pot life :

To take full advantage of the expansive properties of SikaGrout®-218, it is recommended to apply it as soon as possible. Preferably, do not exceed 10 minutes from mixing.
