Sikalastic -1K is a one-component, fibre-reinforced, cement-based crack-bridging mortar modified with special alkali-resistant polymers. Sikalastic -1K can be applied by brush or trowel.
- Single component, just add water
- Adjustable consistency, easy to apply with a brush or trowel
- Good sag resistance and easy to apply, even on vertical surfaces
USES :
- Flexible sealing and protection of concrete structures such as tanks, reservoirs, pipes, etc.
- Waterproofing of bathrooms, showers, terraces, balconies, swimming pools, pre-laying of ceramic coverings with glue
- External waterproofing of buried walls
- Interior sealing of basement walls and floors with negative water pressure
- Flexible coating to protect reinforced concrete structures against the freeze-thaw effect and carbon dioxide attack to improve their durability
- Single component, just add water
- Adjustable consistency, easy to apply with a brush or trowel
- Good sag resistance and easy to apply, even on vertical surfaces
- Good crack bridging ability
- Excellent adhesion to many substrates including concrete, mortar, stone, masonry
- Can be applied to damp substrates
