Structural repair mortar.

Sika MonoTop -412 S is a single-component, fibre-reinforced, low-shrinkage structural repair mortar that meets the requirements of class R4 of the UNE-EN 1504-3 standard.

It can be applied in layer thicknesses of up to 50 mm.

APPLICATIONS :

Suitable for concrete repair work
Repair of spalling and damage to concrete in buildings, bridges, infrastructure and superstructures.
Suitable for structural concrete reinforcement work.
Increasing the load-bearing capacity of concrete structures by adding mortar.
Suitable for conservation or restoration of passivation.
Increase coverage with additional mortar and replace contaminated or carbonated concrete.

Consumption :

This depends on the roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the applied layer. As a guide, ~19 kg of powder per cm of thickness and per m ² .

1 bag makes approximately 13.9 litres of mortar.
