Sika® Level-01 Primer is a white, water-based, polymer dispersion acrylic resin used as a primer and sealant for concrete and mortar substrates prior to the application of levelling mortar.

USES :
- Sika® Level-01 Primer is used to seal mineral substrates and improve the adhesion of levelling mortars, industrial plasters and mortars.
- Suitable as a primer on anhydrite substrates.
- Particularly suitable for use before Sika® Level mortars.

Mixing ratio:
Generic dosage suitable for most cases:
1 or 2 coats with a 1:3 dilution of Sika® Level-01 Primer: water (by volume).
Depending on the humidity and porosity of the substrate, different dilution ratios or different numbers of coats can be used.

Times are approximate and may be affected by changes in environmental conditions, particularly temperature and relative humidity.
In unfavourable conditions, wait for the product to form a film overnight.
Consumption :
Approximately. 0,10 – 0,20 kg/m 2 /coat (5 – 10 m 2/kg/coat) of the diluted product.
Some media require more power consumption than indicated above.
These figures are theoretical and do not include excess consumption due to porous substrates, surface profile and variations in level and wear.
