Long acting superplasticizer. Superplasticizer additive that allows to obtain and maintain a very fluid concrete, even in hot weather. It is free of chlorides.
As a long-acting superplasticizer

  • It allows the production of concrete that retains a high fluidity longer than that obtained with traditional superplasticizers, thus improving the final strength.

As a superplasticizer in hot weather

  • Under normal conditions and with a duration of effectiveness of 30 to 60 minutes, it fluidizes all concretes of dry-plastic consistency whose temperature is higher than 25°C.

As a highly active water reducer

  • It allows important water reductions, which is why we obtain very compact concretes with very high final mechanical resistances and good sealing.
  • Reduces water segregation and exudation. Facilitates transport and placement. Reduce vibrational time

USES :

Formulated specifically for concrete that requires a high quality, difficult to place or hot weather. Slows down the setting of cement. It is mainly used in :

  • Those concretes in which there is a need to ensure prolonged workability and good strength, such as pumping over long distances.
  • High density reinforcement concrete
  • Concrete where installation is slow
  • Moulded walls
  • Transport of concrete in hot weather
  • For high quality exposed concrete
  • in bridge construction

As a guide, with temperatures of approx. 20°C, allows the workability to be maintained for up to 2 hours. Can be used for underfloor heating.

Storage conditions :

In its original, well-sealed and intact packaging. In a cool, dry place, protected from frost and excessive cold, at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C

Consumption: Recommended dosage : VVariable between 1% and 1.5% of the weight of cement. In hot weather, this dosage can be increased
