SikaTop Armatec-110 EpoCem in a three component solution. Cementitious coating with modified epoxy resins, three-component corrosion-inhibiting cementitious coating used for corrosion protection of concrete reinforcement and as a bonding coat. corrosion and as a bonding layer. SikaTop Armatec-110 EpoCem meets the requirements of the Chemicals Directive. USES :

• Suitable for the control of anodic zones (Principle 11, method 11.1 of the UNE-EN 1504-9 standard).
• Suitable for the repair of reinforced concrete as corrosion protection of the reinforcement.
• Can be used as an adhesion bridge
• in concrete and mortar.

Chemical base: Portland cement, epoxy resin, aggregates and selected additives.

Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture in original, tightly closed, undamaged containers in a dry place at temperatures between +5ºC and +25ºC.

As an anti-corrosion coating: ~ 2.0 kg/m2 per coat (~ 1 mm thick). In total, at least two coats applied: (~ 2 mm thick)
