Sika MonoTop -107 Seal is a semi-flexible, one-component, polymer-modified, cement-based waterproofing mortar. Sika MonoTop -107 Seal meets the requirements of UNE-EN 1504-2 as a protective coating. USES It can be used with or without reinforcement, on concrete, mortar, stone and fibre cement substrates and is suitable for :
- Waterproofing of tanks, swimming pools, canals, etc.
- Interior waterproofing of basements.
- External waterproofing of buried walls.
- Repair and protection of surfaces exposed to the action of
- and de-icing salts: bridge parapets, terrace overhangs.

Sika MonoTop®-107 Seal can be used for the protection of concrete structures:
- Suitable for protection against penetration. (Principle 1, method 1.3 of the UNE-EN 1504-9 standard).
- Suitable for humidity control (Principle 2, method 2.2 of standard UNE-EN 1504-9).
- Suitable for increasing resistance (principle 8, method 8.2 of standard UNE-EN 1504-9).
