APPLICATIONS :

SikaTop Seal-107 is used for :

• Exterior and interior waterproofing of concrete, mortar, concrete block and brick structures.
• Protection of concrete structures against the effects of de-icing salts and freeze-thaw cycles.
• Rigid waterproofing of foundation walls in new construction and repair work.
• As a filler.
• Internal waterproofing of basements (not subject to hydrostatic water pressure).
• As a sealant for small cracks in concrete structures (not subject to movement).
• As levelling mortar for repair work
• Waterproofing of drinking water tanks
