Sikafloor Level-16 is a single-component, dust-free, self-levelling, polymer-modified, pumpable cementitious mortar for levelling and smoothing interior floors.

Sikafloor Level-16 can be applied manually or by pumping to level interior floors with irregularities between 5 and 15 mm in thickness.

In its original, unopened, undamaged packaging, protected from frost and humidity, in a cool, dry place between +5 C° and +30 C°.

To increase surface strength and better adhesion of the finish floor when using water-based adhesives, it is recommended to apply at ambient and substrate temperatures between +15 °C and +25 °C.

Relative air humidity :

75% max.

+8°C min. / +30°C max.

Pot life :

The conditions	Time
+ 23 °C min. / 50 % h	30 minutes

The temperature will affect the pot life.
Application at temperatures above +23°C will reduce pot life and workability. Temperatures below +23°C will increase the life of the mix and extend the workability time.

Waiting time / Recoverability :

Suitable for overcoating with waterproof or water-repellent coatings after drying (max. 3% moisture content), normally achieved after 24 hours.
The times are approximate at +23°C and 50% RH and will therefore be affected by changes in surface and ambient conditions, particularly temperature and relative humidity.
When Sikafloor Level-16 is to be overcoated, always ensure that the moisture content requirements for the coating product are met, as the waiting time will vary depending on the thickness of the application and the ambient humidity.
